My name is Briana Parker, and I am a lawyer, social worker, mediator, meditation teacher, and professor committed to helping social enterprises and individuals slow down, listen deeply, and create intentional plans grounded in clarity and inclusion.

 

My educational journey was not easy. Growing up, I struggled in school, which taught me firsthand how exclusion and inaccessible systems can limit potential. These experiences shaped my belief that inclusion is not optional; it is essential. This perspective informs everything I do, from conflict-informed strategic planning to curriculum design that makes complex ideas clear and actionable.

 

For over 20 years, I have built curriculums and facilitated learning for diverse audiences. I have tutored students for professional exams, created inclusive courses, and created equity roadmaps that guide organizations toward greater alignment with their values. I have helped organizations understand funding opportunities, coached individuals through career pivots, and led business boot camps to support entrepreneurs in launching and sustaining their ventures. My work also focuses on helping people understand what it means to be bridge builders, fostering skills that strengthen human connections in workplaces and communities.

 

I collaborate with social enterprises and individuals who are ready to define what is next with clarity, care, and purpose. Drawing on my background in law, social work, education, and facilitation, I co-create strategies, curricula, and capacity-building efforts that integrate conflict readiness, inclusion, and mindfulness.
